SmallClaims (SmallClaims ApS, CVR 43188739) is a Copenhagen legaltech company. It uses AI agents and automation to pursue small legal claims of up to DKK 100,000 for businesses and individuals. Without automation, such claims usually cost too much in lawyer and court fees to be worth pursuing. The platform covers legal assessment, settlement negotiation, court filings and enforcement. In October 2026 it raised a €2M seed round led by Vendep Capital to expand beyond Denmark.
