About Fronted
Fronted is a Norwegian HR-tech startup that helps companies recruit, employ and pay talent across borders. Its platform combines cross-border recruitment, Employer of Record and Contractor of Record services, and legal entity setup and management. It automates payroll calculations, tax reconciliations and employment contracts while applying local labour rules. Founded in 2023 by Marius Blaker Høgevold (CEO) and Hans Nyvold Kjellby (CCO), it plans to operate in 70 countries.
