Josh Payne is the CEO and Founder of Nscale. An entrepreneur from an early age, he previously built companies in recruitment, capital markets and supercomputing infrastructure, including Bitcoin-mining firm Arkon Energy, before founding Nscale in 2024 to build AI infrastructure at scale.
